Other people's profiles

You can open the profile of a coworker to recognize them or give them tokens. If you manage the person, their profile also shows their training and their skills. Use it to follow up before a one-on-one, or when a person falls behind.

Before you start

The training parts of a profile show only for the people that you manage, and only when your organization uses training:

• A Team Manager manages the people with the Learner role on their teams.
• A Team Admin also manages the Team Managers on their teams.
• A Company Manager or a Champion manages everyone in the organization.

Open a profile

Open a profile from the directory, the news feed, or the leaderboard of a game.

Recognize a person or give tokens

To recognize the person or give tokens, refer to Give recognition and tokens.

The profile of another person does not show their token balance or their certifications.

See the training of a person

The Training tab shows the same information as the person sees on their own profile. Use it to find where the person needs help:

• Monthly target is the same for everyone in your organization.
• A completed step under ASSIGNED PATHWAYS shows only the last session of the person.
• Under TRAINING FOCUSES, select the time next to a problem. The session opens with its recording at that moment.

To see the training of all your people together, refer to Training activity.

Remind a person to train

On the Training tab, select Remind. The person gets a push notification and a notification in Arcade, with a link to the Train tab.

• Remind operates only when the person has an assigned pathway that is not complete.
• Arcade sends a maximum of one reminder to a person in 48 hours, also when a different manager selects Remind.

See the skills of a person

The Skills tab shows the skill scores of the person. Refer to See your skills.

In the history of a skill, select See the moment to open the recording at the time that changed the score. To compare the skills of your people, refer to Skills.

See the reward history and the transactions

Use these pages when a person asks where their tokens or their rewards went. Both pages are in Profile actions (⋮) at the top right of the profile.

Reward history shows the tokens that the person got and spent, for example gifts, chests, and the rewards that they bought. Transactions shows each movement of tokens in their account, with the balance after it. You cannot change the data on these pages.
