Insights overview

ForManagersAdmins

Insights gives you reports about the people that you manage: how they train, how they use Arcade, and how they sell. Use it to find the people who need your help and to check if your training changes the results.

Your question Report Page
Do my reps train enough this month? Who needs coaching? Overview Training activity
Which sessions did my reps do? Activity Training activity
Do my people sign in and spend their tokens? Engagement Engagement
Who sells the most, and who falls behind? Performance Performance
Did a game or a training change the sales? Analyze Reports

Each report counts only the people that you manage.

  • A Team Manager sees the people with the Learner role on the teams that they manage. A Team Admin also sees the Team Managers of those teams.
  • On the Activity tab, a Team Manager or a Team Admin also sees the people on the teams below their teams.
  • A Company Manager or a Champion sees all the people of the organization, the managers too. So the number of reps can be larger than the number of learners.

A person who must see only some stores needs the Team Manager role and those stores in their Team Management. Refer to Give a manager only their own stores.

Managers often ask why the sum of the team rows is larger than the total. The reports count a person and a session in this way:

  • On the Activity tab, each team row counts the people on that team and on the teams below it. A person on two teams counts on both rows.
  • A session with two people, for example a coaching session, counts one time for each person in the team rows.
  • The TOTAL row counts each session one time. So the sum of the team rows can be larger than TOTAL.

The team filters also work in different ways:

  • On the Activity tab, a team filter includes the teams below the team that you select. A region includes its stores.
  • On the Overview and Engagement tabs, a team filter includes only the people who are members of the team that you select. It does not add the people of the teams below it. To see a region there, select each store of the region.

The Overview tab shows training focus. A training focus is not a skill score.

  • After a session, the AI can write one coaching opportunity for each person in it. The opportunity names the problem and what to try, and it has a short topic.
  • The Training Focus card counts the reps who got an opportunity on each topic in the dates of the report.
  • The AI writes the topics. It uses a topic from earlier sessions of your organization when one fits. So a topic is not always the name of one of your skills.
  • A skill score is a number from 1 to 100 for one skill of your organization. It changes slowly, over many sessions. Refer to How AI scoring works.

Use the topics to find the problems that many reps have this month. Use the skill scores to follow the progress of one rep over time.

  • Performance and Analyze do not show on a phone or in a narrow browser window.
  • The Overview, Engagement, and Performance reports do not count locked accounts. The Activity tab can still show the sessions of a locked person.
