How do I see who finished their training?

ForManagersAdmins

Open the pathway in ManagePathways, and read the Completed and Incomplete tabs of its Analytics tab.

Arcade counts only the published interactions of the pathway. A draft interaction does not change the groups.

  • Completed: the learner has an approved session on each published interaction. The date in the list is the date of the last approved session of the learner on the pathway.
  • In progress: the learner has approved sessions on some interactions, but not on all of them. A learner who finished a session that Arcade did not approve is also in progress.
  • Not started: the learner has no finished session on the pathway. A session that the learner did not finish, or that stopped with an error, does not count.

The Incomplete tab shows the two groups together. To separate them, select Export on the Incomplete tab. In the CSV file, the “Status” column shows “pending” for a learner in progress and “not_started” for a learner who did not start.

A learner did all the work but is not complete

Section titled “A learner did all the work but is not complete”

How to tell: the learner is on the Incomplete tab.

What to do: find the cause.

How to tell: select the learner on the Incomplete tab. The Activity list shows all the sessions of the learner, and none of them is a finished session of the pathway.

What to do: make sure that the learner can see the pathway. Refer to I assigned a pathway. Why can’t my learners see it?

The lists do not show the learners that you expect

Section titled “The lists do not show the learners that you expect”

How to tell: a learner that you expect is not in the lists, or a learner that you did not assign is in the lists.

What to do: compare the learner with these rules.

  • You see only the people that you manage. Refer to The people that you see.
  • Visitors who use a public link without an Arcade account are not in the lists. The Public access card shows their number. Refer to Share public links.
  • A learner who finished a session on the pathway is in the lists, also when no assignment includes them.
