The Pathways library

The Pathways library is where you find and organize the training of your organization. A pathway is a series of training steps that learners complete in order, for example a lesson, then an AI roleplay, then a certification.

Before you start

You need a manager or admin role. If you do not see Pathways in Manage, ask an admin in your organization.

Open the library

Go to Manage›Pathways.

Each card is one pathway. A DRAFT label means that learners cannot see the pathway yet.

Keep your content up to date

Arcade marks published content that nobody changed for 30 days as stale. The card then shows how old the content is, for example Updated 2 months ago. Select this age chip on the card to review the content or to mark it as up to date.

Follow a pathway that AI generates

When you generate a pathway with AI, a card shows at the top of the library until the draft is ready. This usually takes a few minutes. You can leave the page while you wait.

Only you see the cards of the generations that you start. A failed generation does not show until you select Failed in Status.

When the draft is ready, review it, then assign it to your learners.
