Use this page to find the tab for a task, and the things that people look for most.

Choose the right tab

Tab	Use it to	Who sees it
Home	See your progress, recognize colleagues, take the daily quiz, and read the company feed. See Home.	Everyone
Train	Do your assigned training and read the feedback on your sessions. See The Train tab.	Everyone, when your organization uses training
Coach	Prepare and run coaching sessions with the people on your team. See The Coach tab.	Team Managers and higher roles, when coaching is on

To	Go to
Find a person, or recognize a colleague	Home, then Recognize (or Recognize and Give). The directory of people opens.
Read the feedback on a session	Train, then Feedback.
Open a gift card that you bought	Rewards, then Purchases.
See your profile and your certifications	On a computer, select your name at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, select the card with your name on the Home tab.
Change your settings, ask for help, or log out	The gear icon. On a computer, it is below your name at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, it is at the top of the screen.

Manage has the pages where you manage training content, people, games, and tokens. You need the Team Manager role or a higher role.

On a phone, Manage is on the card with your name on the Home tab.

Some pages of Manage show only on a computer. See Manage your team on a phone.

The pages in Manage change with your role. Team Managers and Team Admins see only the people and the teams that they manage. See Roles and access.
