Share an interaction with a public link
A public link lets people outside your organization start one interaction in a web browser, without an Arcade account. Use it, for example, to give job candidates a realistic roleplay before an interview. Each link counts its own views and sessions, so make one link for each group of people.
Turn on public access
Section titled “Turn on public access”Open the interaction. In its Public access section, turn on Public Access and enter a short name for the web address in URL Slug. Then select Save. You can add links only after you save.
The Public access section shows only on an AI Training or an AI Roleplay.
Create a link and send it
Section titled “Create a link and send it”In Public Links, select Add, and give the link a Label that names who gets it, for example “Careers page”.
Control who can still use a link
Section titled “Control who can still use a link”- A link that has a session limit is full when its sessions get to the limit. Sessions in progress also count. Visitors then see “This link is full”. Raise the limit, or make a new link.
- When you delete a link, visitors see “This link is no longer active”. Arcade keeps the sessions that visitors did with it.
Collect details from visitors
Section titled “Collect details from visitors”Metadata fields ask visitors for information, for example a name or an email address. When the Collection of a field is URL Param, add a parameter with the same name as the field to the address of the link.
Put a session in your web page
Section titled “Put a session in your web page”You can show a public session inside a page of your website, in an iframe. Add these parameters to the address of the link:
| Parameter | Effect |
|---|---|

hideLogo=1 |

primaryColor=%230B6E4F |

See the results
Section titled “See the results”Public sessions show on the Activity page as “Public session”. Refer to Activity.
On the Analytics tab of the interaction and of its pathway, the Public access card shows the visitors and their completions. The other numbers on the tab count only the members of your organization.
