Find a colleague in the directory
The directory lists the people of your organization. Use it to find a colleague, open their profile, or thank them with a star or tokens.
Open the directory
Section titled “Open the directory”On Home, select Recognize. In some organizations that use rewards, the button is Recognize and Give. The button opens the directory, not a form, so you can also use it only to find a person.
If you manage a person, their profile also shows their training and their skills. Refer to Other people’s profiles.
If a colleague is not in the directory
Section titled “If a colleague is not in the directory”The directory shows only some people:
- In some organizations, you see only the people of your own teams. Company Managers and Champions always see all people. An admin changes this setting in Org Settings.
- People with a locked account do not show.
- A person who is not in Arcade yet does not show. Ask your manager to add the person.
