Engagement
The Engagement tab shows if your people use Arcade: how many of them sign in, and how many of them spend their tokens on rewards. Use it to find the people who no longer use Arcade, before they fall behind on their training.
Check how many people use Arcade
Section titled “Check how many people use Arcade”Go to InsightsEngagement.
- Active Users is the part of your people who signed in one or more times in the dates that you select.
- Rewards Redeemed is the part of your people who spent tokens in the Rewards store in the dates. A person counts when they buy a reward, also before they redeem it. A cash-out also counts.
- Trending compares the percentage with the period of the same length directly before your dates. For example, if you select the last 30 days, Arcade compares them with the 30 days before.
Unlike the two cards, the four number tiles do not use your dates or your teams. They always count all the people that you manage. Recently Engaged counts the people who signed in during the last 30 days. Won Tokens and Redeemed Rewards use the last 60 days.
Find the people who do not sign in
Section titled “Find the people who do not sign in”Select View Details on the Active Users card to see the last login of each person.
Change compares the logins of the person in your dates with the period before. For example, 0.5 means 50% more logins than in the period before, and -0.5 means 50% fewer logins. It shows 0 when the person did not sign in during the period before.
Then act on what you find:
- For a person who never signed in, make sure that their email address is correct. Refer to Edit the details of a person.
- For a person who does not sign in now, speak to them or recognize their last win. Refer to Recognition.
Arcade locks a person with the Learner role who does not sign in for 90 days. A manager must then unlock the account. Refer to Lock or unlock an account.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- A team filter includes only the people who are members of the teams that you select. It does not add the people of the teams below them.
- The percentages do not count locked accounts.
