Cash out tokens
Cash out changes your tokens into money, for example to a bank account or to PayPal. 100 tokens are equal to $1.00.
Set up a payout method
Section titled “Set up a payout method”A payout to PayPal or Venmo needs no setup. Arcade sends it as a redemption link.
Cash out your tokens
Section titled “Cash out your tokens”- Go to RewardsShop, and select Cash Out.
- Enter the number of tokens.
- Select a payout method. If it shows a note, make sure that you can receive money with this method.
- Select Transfer.
The fee of the method comes off the amount that you receive. Arcade takes the tokens from your balance when you select Transfer. After that, you cannot cancel the transfer or change the payout method.
Track a payout
Section titled “Track a payout”Go to RewardsPurchases. Arcade also sends you a notification when it sends the payout, and when a payout fails.
Some payouts arrive as a redemption link, for example all payouts to PayPal or Venmo. The card of the payout then shows Ready to Redeem. The money does not go to your account until you select Redeem Now and complete the redemption page.
If a payout fails, Arcade does not give back your tokens automatically. Arcade support gets a message and follows up with you. To find a payout that did not arrive, read I cashed out, but the money did not arrive.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- If the app shows “Something went wrong” after you select Transfer, do not cash out again immediately. Arcade can take your tokens before the error occurs. Compare your balance with your balance before the transfer.
