Use the Analyze tab of Insights to see if a change made a difference, for example a new game or a new training. Use the exports when you need the raw data in a spreadsheet.

Analyze compares the results of a period with the same metric in earlier periods. A result that is much higher than the earlier periods shows that something changed.

Go to InsightsAnalyze. Select a metric or a game. Then select 1 to 4 comparison periods and how Arcade finds them:

Type The earlier periods
Sequential Periods of the same length, directly before your period.
Like The same days in the months before.
Same Weekdays Periods that start on the same day of the week, in the weeks before.

Use Same Weekdays when your sales are different on weekends. Then each period has the same mix of days.

For a game, select a graph to compare two groups of people:

  • Analyze Engaged People: the people who signed in during the game and the people who did not.
  • Analyze Game Participants: the players of the game and everyone else.
  • Analyze Training Impact: the people who completed the training of the game and the people who did not. You can select it only when the game has training.
  • Analyze Threshold Performance: the people who reached the threshold of the game and the people below it. You can select it only when the game has a threshold.

Analyze Overall Performance compares the results of the whole game with the earlier periods.

Each Export button saves what the tab shows as a CSV file. On the Sessions card of the Activity tab, the download button saves the sessions and the minutes of each team.

The exports use the filters of the tab. Set the dates and the teams before you export. For more about the Activity tab, refer to Activity.
