Games
Your company runs games to reward results at work, for example the number of protection plans that you sell. Use the Games tab to follow your rank and your prizes.
Find your games
Section titled “Find your games”My Games shows the games that are live now. For the game types, refer to How a game pays its prizes.
If a game is not in My Games:
- The game ended. It waits in Awaiting Verification until the verification of its results, then it moves to Completed. The search finds only the games of the status that you select.
- The game did not start. It shows in Upcoming.
- The game asks for training. Refer to Join a game with required training.
- The prizes do not go to you. A team game can give its prizes only to the team captains, or only to the other members. The rest of the team does not see that game.
Join a game with required training
Section titled “Join a game with required training”Some games ask you to complete training before you can play. A game shows in Required Training only when a manager assigned its training to you. If a game is not in the list, speak to your manager.
When you complete all the training that a game asks for, Arcade adds you to the game, if the game did not end. GUIDE COMPLETION in the rules tells you if your results before the training count. On the mobile app, select the first card or ⏳ Time Remaining to open GAME RULES.
Follow your progress
Section titled “Follow your progress”Open a game to follow your progress.
- A threshold is a minimum score before you can win a prize. Your threshold can depend on your usual activity. THRESHOLD in the rules tells you your threshold, and if the results before you get to it count.
- The results that the game counted show in a list on the mobile app. Select YOUR PROGRESS to see each result with its date.
Most sales come to Arcade from the sales data of your company. A new sale can show in the game some time after you make it. If a sale does not show, speak to your manager.
See when you get your prize
Section titled “See when you get your prize”A game does not always pay a prize at the time that you earn it:
- An incentive game pays at the time that its how-to-win text gives: “immediately”, “at the end of the game”, or a schedule, for example “Rewards are distributed daily”. A game that pays “at the end of the game” also waits for the verification of its results.
- A race or a tournament pays after the end of the game and the verification of its results.
Total Won on the game card includes the prizes that Arcade did not pay yet. Your token balance changes only when Arcade pays a prize.
The message “Payouts paused” means that a game that pays immediately cannot pay its prizes, because the account that pays for it has too few tokens. You can continue to play. The prizes that Arcade could not pay do not show in Total Won, and they do not pay later by themselves. “Payouts resumed” means that the game can pay again, and Arcade support gets a list of the prizes that it could not pay. If you think that you lost a prize, speak to your manager.
Open a chest
Section titled “Open a chest”Some prizes are chests. A jackpot game gives raffle tickets to its winners, and only some of the tickets hold the jackpot tokens.
Your chests and tickets show on a banner at the top of the Games tab. A lemon means that the chest or the ticket holds no prize.
Support your team
Section titled “Support your team”Vibes in a game shows the support that each player gives to the team. While the game is live, you get vibe points when you post, comment, react to a post, or give or get a shout out. A shout out sends one of your recognition stars to a player of the game. Vibe points are not tokens, and they do not change your score.
See the games of your team
Section titled “See the games of your team”If you manage players, the Games tab also has Manager View. It shows the games of the players that you manage, and the games that you created.
Open a game with a target to see Time vs Target. It compares the progress with the time that is gone.
You cannot change a game in Manager View. To change or verify a game, refer to Manage games.
