Track learner progress

The Analytics tab of a pathway shows how far the assigned learners got. Use it to find the learners who still have work to do, and to follow up with them. A pathway that you never published has no analytics yet.

Before you start

You need a manager or admin role. You see only the people that you manage.

See who completed the pathway

The Completed list shows the learners who completed every published interaction, with the date. The Incomplete list shows the learners who are in progress and the learners who did not start. To learn how Arcade puts a learner in a group, refer to How do I see who finished their training?

A learner row in Completed opens the session that completed the pathway. A learner row in Incomplete opens the activity of that learner. In the CSV export of the Incomplete list, a status column shows if each learner is in progress or did not start.

The lists include only the members of your organization. The Public access card shows the people who use a public link. Refer to Share an interaction with a public link.

Follow up with learners who are not complete

Tip

Before you remind a learner, make sure that the learner can see the pathway. A draft, an assignment that does not include the learner, or a locked prerequisite keeps a pathway away from a learner. Refer to I assigned a pathway. Why can’t my learners see it?

If a learner did the work but is not complete, look for one of these causes:

• Arcade did not approve a session. If the learner did the work, you can approve the session. Refer to Approve a session.
• You published a new interaction after the learner completed the pathway. The learner moves back to the Incomplete list until they complete the new interaction.
