I cashed out, but the money did not arrive. Where is it?

Go to RewardsPurchases and find your cash out. The status on its card tells you where the money is and what to do.

Arcade takes the tokens from your balance when you select Transfer. If the payout fails, Arcade does not give the tokens back automatically.

The card shows Ready to Redeem

Arcade sent your payout as a redemption link. The money does not go to your account until you use the link. Arcade sends all PayPal and Venmo payouts this way. It can also send a bank account or debit card payout this way.

Select Redeem Now, and complete the redemption page. The card continues to show Ready to Redeem after you use the link.

The card shows Pending

Arcade did not send the payout yet. Arcade tries again automatically.

The payout failed, and your tokens did not come back

The card shows Failed or Payout Failed. Arcade can also send you a notification, for example “Your cashout couldn’t be completed”. The notification tells you that Arcade support knows about the problem.

Arcade does not give back the tokens of a failed payout automatically. If the card shows Failed, Arcade support can send the payout again. To ask about the payout, speak to Arcade support. Tell them the date of the cash out, the number of tokens, and the payout method.

The cash out is not on the Purchases tab

If the Cash transfer window showed Something went wrong, do not cash out again immediately. The error can occur after Arcade takes your tokens. Then the cash out does not show on the Purchases tab, but Arcade tries again to send the payout. To find out if Arcade took your tokens, open the Cash transfer window again. YOUR BALANCE shows your balance now.

  • If your balance went down by the tokens of the cash out, speak to Arcade support. Tell them the date of the cash out, the number of tokens, and the payout method.
  • If your balance did not go down, Arcade did not take your tokens. You can cash out again.

You selected PayPal or Venmo by mistake

After you select Transfer, you cannot stop the transfer or change the payout method in the app. Arcade takes the tokens at that time and sends the payout as a redemption link.

Speak to Arcade support. Tell them the date of the cash out and the number of tokens. Before your next cash out, make sure that you can receive money with the method that you select.
