Session feedback

ForLearnersManagers

After each session, an AI reviewer grades what you did and writes feedback. Use it to see what went well and what to change in your next session. The feedback is usually ready 1 to 5 minutes after the session ends.

When a session runs to its end, Arcade asks How was this session? before it shows your summary.

Arcade does not ask for a rating after a session that was too short or that ended early.

Your feedback is on TrainFeedback.

A check mark on a row shows that Arcade approved the session, so it counts. If a row shows a different icon, select the icon to see why. Refer to I finished a session. Why didn’t it count?

You can also open the feedback from a completed step in its pathway. A New mark shows feedback that you did not open on this device.

The LATEST FEEDBACK card skips sessions that ended early or have no feedback, so it can show an older session than the first row.

The OVERALL RESULT of an AI Training or an AI Roleplay is the total of four grades, out of 16. Each grade goes from 1 to 4. To learn what the AI grades and why two sessions get different scores, refer to How AI scoring works.

To improve your next session, read the BREAKDOWN. Start with your lowest grades.

Two marks can show at the top of the results:

  • Earlier version: the content of the step changed after your session. Your grades use the content that you practiced.
  • Edited: your manager changed the assessment.

Your manager can also write a Leader note for you. If you think that the AI made a mistake, talk to your manager. A manager can correct a grade and approve the session.

Some results show a message in place of the grades, for example Session Too Short or No Spoken Words Detected. To learn how to make the next session count, refer to I finished a session. Why didn’t it count?

Open the person’s profile. On the Training tab, select a completed step in a pathway.

The Session results page shows the last completed session of the person on that step. To correct a grade or add a Leader note, select Edit. The steps are the same as in Correct a grade. The person sees your note. When you change a grade or a reason, the person also sees the Edited mark. You cannot edit the assessment of your own session.

To see all of the sessions of your team, refer to Activity.
