Session details
The session details show one training session: the AI assessment of each person, the facts of the session, and the recording. Open a session from the Activity page to check a result, to correct the AI, or to approve the session so that it counts.
Check the AI assessment
Section titled “Check the AI assessment”On the Assessment tab, each person in the session has a card. In a coaching session, the coach also gets a card. To learn what each part means, refer to Read your results and How AI scoring works.
When the learner ended the session early, the feedback covers only the part that they completed, and Arcade does not approve the session. If you decide that the learner did enough, approve the session yourself. When a message shows in place of the scores, refer to I finished a session. Why didn’t it count?
Rate the AI feedback
Section titled “Rate the AI feedback”The thumbs-up and thumbs-down buttons tell Arcade if the AI feedback is helpful. A rating does not change the grades or the approval. Only you see your ratings, so each manager rates independently. You cannot rate the Summary of a session that you took part in.
Correct a grade
Section titled “Correct a grade”If the AI graded a person incorrectly, change the grade. A new AI assessment never replaces your change.
On the card of the person, select Edit, change the scores, then select Save. For a certification, you can also set Overall result to Pass or Fail. If you enter a Leader note, the person sees it on their assessment.
The card then shows Edited, and the person sees it too. To see the earlier versions and who changed them, select Edited.
Change the result of a certification question
Section titled “Change the result of a certification question”To change the result of one question, select Override on the question.
A changed question does not change the result of the certification. When you decide that the learner passed, approve the session. The approval also changes the result to a pass.
Approve a session
Section titled “Approve a session”Only an approved session completes a step of a pathway. Arcade approves a session automatically when it meets the conditions in Score and approval. Approve a session yourself when you decide that the learner did the work, but Arcade did not approve it.
To approve a session, select the switch next to Status in the Session Status card of the Details tab.
The status changes to Approved at once, and the result of the session changes to a pass. The step then counts as complete for the learner. An approved certification shows in the certifications of the learner. When you remove the approval, the result changes to a fail.
Share a session
Section titled “Share a session”Share on the Recording tab copies a link to the session.
The link opens only for a Team Manager or a higher role in your organization. A person with a lower role goes to their Home page. A person who opens the link cannot change the approval.
