Team commitments

ForManagersAdmins

After each coaching session, the AI drafts an action plan for the rep: a short list of commitments that the rep agreed to. Use Team commitments between sessions to see what is still open, to sign off the work that Arcade cannot see, and to correct a plan.

Go to Coach, and select Team commitments on the weekly card. The ratio of completed items, for example 1/3, shows in the window and on the row of the rep on the Coach tab.

The Team commitments window, with a card for each rep that has a plan, each with the Refine button, the ratio of completed items, and the commitments.
The "Team commitments" window, with the action plan of each rep.

To see the plan of one rep, select the rep in COACHED. The check-in of a rep in TO COACH also shows the plan.

Each item tells you who completes it:

  • Auto-tracked: Arcade measures the progress, for example the minutes of practice or the change of a skill score. The item completes by itself.
  • Your sign-off: Arcade cannot see this work, for example a goal about sales. You must mark it complete.

To learn how Arcade measures each type of item, read How coaching works.

When a rep completes an item that shows Your sign-off, select the check mark button on the item. You can do this in Team commitments, in the plan of one rep, or in the check-in.

The AI drafts the plan from the conversation, so it can miss a commitment or get a detail wrong. You cannot edit the items one at a time. To change a plan, describe the change in your own words with Refine.

  1. On the plan of the rep, select Refine. Enter the change, for example “Change the practice target to 60 minutes”.
  2. Preview the changes. Make sure that only the changes that you want have a check mark. Then apply them.

The AI can also suggest changes that you did not ask for. These suggestions start without a check mark, so they apply only if you select them.

Read the warning on a change before you apply it. For example, a new practice target that the rep already met completes the item immediately. A new skill removes the measured progress of the old skill.

Your reps see their own commitments and progress on the Training tab of their profile, in COMMITMENTS. They see the same numbers as you. Refer to See your training.

  • The plan belongs to the rep, not to the coach. After the next coaching session with any coach, the new plan replaces the old plan.
  • To get the plans of all your reps by email each Monday, read Get the weekly digest email.
