Training activity

ForManagersAdmins

The Overview and Activity tabs of Insights show how your reps train. Use Overview to see who meets the monthly training target and who needs coaching. Use Activity to review the sessions themselves.

Go to InsightsOverview. The Engagement Report compares the training minutes of each rep with the target for each rep.

The Overview tab of Insights, with the Engagement Report title and its dates, the team progress card, four number cards, the coaching opportunity cards of the reps, and the Team Engagement and Training Focus cards.
The Engagement Report on the Overview tab.

The report counts in this way:

  • Only finished sessions with an approval add minutes. Arcade approves a session that meets its conditions, and a manager can also approve a session. A session that is too short, or that has no approval, adds no minutes. Refer to Why didn’t my session count?
  • The target is a number of minutes for each month. It does not change when you select different dates. If you select one week, a rep must do the full target in that week to show above the target.
  • No Training Yet counts only the reps who have no minutes and a published pathway assigned to them. A rep with no assigned pathway and no minutes counts in Reps In Progress.
  • Locked accounts are not in the report.

Arcade sets the target for your organization. To change it, speak to your Arcade customer success manager.

Select a number card, or select View all below or View all above in Team Engagement. Each row of the list of reps has one action:

  • Remind to train (the bell) shows on a rep below the target. Arcade sends the rep a push notification and a notification in the app, with a link to train. Arcade sends a maximum of one reminder to a rep in 48 hours, also when a different manager sent the first one.
  • Recognize (the star) shows on a rep above the target. Refer to Recognition.
The Reps below target panel, with the number of reps, the target per rep, the search field, and a list of reps, each with the name, the team, Below, the training minutes, and the Remind to train button.
The list of reps below the target, with the "Remind to train" button on each row.

Opportunities to Improve Your Team shows the coaching cards that the AI writes after the sessions of your reps. Each card names one problem of one rep and what to try. To see more cards, select Explore for new.

  • Use See the moment to listen to the problem before you speak to the rep. Refer to Session details.
  • Select a topic in the Training Focus card to see only the cards of that topic.
  • On a card that is not correct, select the thumbs-down icon (Not helpful). Arcade then hides the card for you. When three managers select Not helpful on a card, Arcade hides it for all managers.

The topic of a card is not a skill score. Refer to Tell training focus from skill scores. To plan a coaching conversation, refer to How coaching works.

The Activity tab shows the same sessions as the Activity page of Manage. To filter the sessions, export them, or find knowledge gaps with AI Insights, refer to Activity. To read the assessment of one session or approve it, refer to Session details.

Session Count shows a locked person only when the person did a session in the dates that you select. A session with two people counts one time for each person, so the minutes of the people can add up to more than the total. Refer to Compare team totals correctly.
